Enjoying death valley is an amazing experience, but please remember to leave death valley with pictures. Many people came before you, and many more will come after. Imagine if everyone took a little piece of land. There would be nothing left for the children to see.

Please do not remove or disturb any artifacts, rocks, etc. that you may find (in some cases, disturbing any archaeological artifacts is considered breaking the law).

We know that sometimes the temptation to take a rock as a souvenir can be overwhelming, but we hope that instead, you capture each wonderful moment via your camera.

We suggest that you take lots of film or make sure your digital camera is charged and has lots of memory. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on the perfect picture due to a dead battery or a filled memory card.
